We offer gift wrapping and an extended return period because we would love to treat the ones you care about.

  • Free gift wrapping available for all holiday purchases
  • Extended return period until January 14, 2025
  • Ensure Christmas delivery by ordering before December 15 at 11:00 AM

    Delivery before Christmas
    • Place your order on the 15th of December before 11:00 if you want to make sure the parcel arrives before Christmas.

    Christmas return and exchange
     You can return all orders bought from 1/11-24 till 24/12-24 until 14/1-25
    This also applies on discounted items.

    Gift wrapping 
    You have the option to add gift wrapping for each product in your shopping cart when purchasing gifts on the website. Simply check 'Add gift wrapping' in the cart, and we’ll wrap the gift for you.

    Gift wrapping cannot be ordered without other items.

    Return and exchange
    If a gift needs to be returned, the recipient cannot initiate the return; this must be done by the gift giver.

    Money back or store credit?
    The money will be returned to the credit card used for the original transaction. It is not possible to have the money refunded to a different account.

    However, it is possible for the recipient of the gift to get store credit and receive this on a different email address. If this is desired, please feel free to contact customer service by email or phone here.

     
    Exchange
    If you wish to exchange the item to a different style, size, or color, you will have to return the original order and place a new one.
