You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations.
Important: Items from different orders must be returned separately and may not be sent together in a single shipment. Each return must be created and shipped using the tracking number associated with the respective order. This is because our returns system processes returns based on the associated tracking number. Therefore, returns containing items from multiple different orders cannot be processed correctly.
How to return
You always have to create your return on our return platform.
- Log in to the return platform on the above link
- Note: Items from different orders must be returned in separate shipments and with the tracking number associated with each individual order. Returns from multiple orders must not be combined into a single shipment, as they cannot be processed correctly in our returns system.
- You will then receive your UPS return label by email to use for your return.
- Pack the items you have registered in the return platform.
- Remember to include the delivery note from your shipment.
- Download and print your return label via the link in the return platform or email.
- Cover the old shipping label on the package.
- Visit a UPS drop-off point and hand in your package.
The handling fee for a return is 10 GBP and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.
It is also possible to return items in our physical stores on Store Strandstræde and Værnedamsvej.
Claims
If you have received an item with a defect or wish to submit a claim regarding an order placed on our webshop, please contact our Customer Service team at info@skallstudio.com. Claims relating to webshop orders are handled exclusively by our Customer Service team and therefore cannot be processed in our physical stores.
Refund
Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refunded amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount will normally appear in your account within 3-7 business days, depending on the card provider.
Switch to something else?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you simply return your order and then place a new order.
