You are always welcome to return your purchase  within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. The costs in connection with your return shipment lie on yours. .
Switch to something else? Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you want a different size or colour or perhaps a completely different item, you simply return your order and then place a new order.
 
How to return

If you want to return your order, you simply just need to print and fill in this return form. It’s very important that you enclose this form with your return. Once this is done, you must return the package to this address:

IMPORTANT: Your return shipment must always be sent with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the address above.
We always recommend that you secure a receipt as proof of sending the package – just to be on the safe side in case it gets lost on its way. You are responsible for your return shipment until we have received it.
 

Refund
Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.
You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.
