Delivery before the Holidays

Place your order on the 12th of December before 11:00 if you want to make sure the parcel arrives before the Holidays.

*We would like to inform you that the increased demand during the holiday season may lead to longer delivery times with the shipping companies. Therefore, we recommend placing orders well in advance. Additionally there may be instances where shipping companies need to deliver to an alternative pickup location, as there can be limited space due to the large amount of Holiday orders.

Holiday return and exchange
You can return all orders bought from 4/11-25 till 24/12-25 until 14/1-26
This also applies on discounted items.

Gift wrapping
You have the option to add gift wrapping for each product in your shopping cart when purchasing gifts on the website. Simply check 'Add gift wrapping' in the cart, and we’ll wrap the gift for you.

Gift wrapping cannot be ordered without other items.

Return and exchange
If a gift needs to be returned, read more about the general return policy here.

Money back or store credit?
The money will be returned to the credit card used for the original transaction. It is not possible to have the money refunded to a different account.

However, it is possible for the recipient of the gift to get store credit and receive this on a different email address. If this is desired, please feel free to contact customer service by email or phone.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange the item to a different style, size, or color, you will have to return the original order and place a new one.
